These Terms of Service govern your use of MySupplementBoost.com and any purchase you make from us. The site is operated by My Supplement Boost LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "our").
By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Health disclaimer - please read this one
We are not doctors, and nothing on this site is medical advice. The products we sell are dietary supplements, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Talk to a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, and especially if you:
- are pregnant, nursing, or trying to become pregnant
- take prescription medication of any kind
- have a diagnosed medical condition
- are scheduled for surgery
- are under 18
Supplements affect people differently. Individual results vary, and no result described anywhere on this site is a promise of what you will experience. Stop using a product and seek medical attention if you have an adverse reaction.

2. You must be 18
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that any product you buy for someone else will be used in accordance with its label.
3. Products and information
We work hard to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, dosages, and Supplement Facts. Even so, we don't warrant that every description, image, or piece of content on the site is error-free, complete, or current.
The product label is the authority. Formulations, flavors, and packaging can change. Always read the label on the product you actually receive before using it, and follow its directions, not a description you read online.
Product images are representative. Packaging you receive may differ slightly in appearance.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, modify products, or discontinue items at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders with pricing or description errors, and orders placed for resale. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we ship. An order confirmation email is not acceptance.
5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Our subscription products renew automatically until you cancel. Here is exactly how that works:
- You choose a delivery frequency at checkout (for example, every 30 days).
- We charge your saved payment method automatically on that schedule, at the price shown at the time of each renewal, plus applicable tax and shipping.
- Billing continues until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
- You may cancel or skip at any time from your account page, or by emailing Orders@MySupplementBoost.com. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for that shipment.
- We'll email you before each renewal so you're never surprised by a charge.
- If we change subscription pricing, we'll notify you in advance and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
6. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's operation, or misrepresent who you are.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to share and is truthful.
We may remove content that is false, abusive, off-topic, or that makes claims about treating or curing disease. We do not edit reviews to change their substance, and we do not remove reviews solely for being negative.
10. Intellectual property
The MY SUPPLEMENT BOOST name, the BOOST mark, our logos, packaging design, photography, and site content are our property or used with permission, and are protected by U.S. intellectual property law. You may not use them without our written permission.
11. Third parties
Our store runs on Shopify and our products are produced and fulfilled by third-party manufacturing partners. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Except where prohibited by law, the site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Supplement Boost LLC and its member, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the site or any product purchased from us.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Supplement Boost LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bay County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The last updated date at the top tells you when. Changes take effect when posted. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated to active subscribers before they take effect.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
